Contact Us1. What is a Copywriter and do I need one?
I’m sure you’ve heard that content is king – and this could not be more true. Whatever website or business you decide to run, strong copy and content are vital. So you may be asking, do I actually need a copywriter or can I do it myself?
Well, that’s up to you and your business strategy. Similar to any skilled job, hiring copywriting is getting a professional on board. We not only know how to write engaging copy but also have the SEO knowledge and ability to create a seamless brand identity that translates through your whole business and can take it to the next level.

2. Can I request a sample?
Unfortunately, samples of copy are not something we can offer. However, if you’re unsure about anything, feel free to check out our portfolio. If you’re still feeling unsure, just reach out and I’ll be more than happy to talk you through the experiences that I believe would aid in your project.
3. What’s your working process?
Depending on the project, depends on the process. Working remotely gives me ultimate flexibility. I’m based in Cambridgeshire so the majority of my clients are happy with remote-based work, however, if required I am happy to travel to client premises. If you’re interested in meeting in person, please drop me a line so we can discuss the logistics and travel.
When working remotely, communication is key. From Zoom calls to progress trackers and first drafts; we have a series of methods in place but are happy to work with the client to ensure we meet their needs.
4. Do I need to be local to you?
Absolutely not! In this day and age, we can work anywhere around the world and The Bold Copy is no different. From an hour to a continent away; our work is completely remote, so as long as we can work around any time differences, we will be more than able to complete your work. 5. How long do projects take?
With a number of services available, each project is different and the timeframes will reflect that. If there is a specific deadline that you have in mind, I’m more than happy to discuss this over a call to see if it is achievable.
Ongoing work is also an option if that suits your business strategy. This is done via a retainer where we can specify work that needs achieving and how many hours/days suits.
6. What do you charge for your services?
When it comes to prices, I understand that expectations vary from client to client. This is why I believe strongly in openly discussing budgets and rates one-to-one so we can tailor a package the works best for both parties.
7. What are your payment terms?
For smaller jobs, I can work on an hourly rate, then I move to a day rate or bespoke packages. You can find the full payment T&Cs on the pricing terms page. For larger jobs or ongoing projects, I may request a deposit of 30% of the payment upfront. At the end of the job or month, I will send out an invoice that lists payment terms of 14 days. This payment is to be made via bank transfer.
